No sé qué ha pasado con #PixelDroid (app cliente de #pixelfed) que estaba usándola tiempo atrás y de repente la pantalla ya no se acomodaba bien a la de mí celular.

Probé además #fedilab pero para PixelFed no me convenció.

@dansup @dansup@pixelfed.social @pixelfed I noticed when I try to share photos directly out of my Gallery app (Fossify) from my AOSP 15 phone, that out of the 4 Pixelfed compatible client apps I have installed, Pixeldroid and Fedilab come out as available options to upload with, but the official Pixelfed app (as well as Pixelix) do not. Anyway to fix this for the official app?

Das wäre so als App mit #Pixeldroid ggf. auch was für sie.

Meine Tochter hat hier einen Account auf dieser Instanz und ist gleich alt. Hat aber bei ihr noch nicht so gezündet.

Schön wäre es schon, wenn sich da noch mehr finden würden

@olliprivat@pixelfed.social es sollte eigentlich egal sein, welchen Softwarezugang du im Fediverse benutzt.
Du kannst zum einen nicht steuern, mit welcher Software (Mastodon, Friendica, Pixelfed usw.) das Gegenüber, deine Bilder oder dein Konto abonniert hat.

Dann kommt noch dazu, das es mit anderen Apps für deine Software (Pixelfed) wohl geht. Ich nutze #Pixeldroid und da sehe ich den Alt Text

es gibt nicht "die" APP und nicht "das" OS.

Die beste APP für mobil ist immer noch der Browser als WebApp. Man hat immer die volle Funktion und den kompletten Funktionsumfang. Apps bieten das meist nicht und schränken da ein.
Das hat auch damit zu tun, das die Standardwerte nehmen, aber nicht das was die Instanz euch erlaubt.
Das ausnutzen des erlaubten, geht nur im Browser, oder sich von den Apps beschränken lassen.

Bei mit mit #Pixeldroid und in der WebApp sieht es so aus, wie auf dem Bild.

My #pxlmo update for today: web UI working fine for the last 48 hours. My pxlmo account wasn't working on Tusky yesterday, but is today. The Pixeldroid app, however, is still having issues with pxlmo.

I was liking #Pixeldroid and hope I can use it again soon.

Myślę, że to dziwne, że twórcy #Pixelfed, powstającego w kontrze do korporacyjnych social mediów, zupełnie ignorują użytkowników, którzy chcieliby zainstalować ich aplikację bez korzystania ze sklepu Google.

Apki Pixelfeda ciągle nie ma w głównym repozytorium F-Droid, a ich własne repo ostatni raz było zaktualizowane 2 października.

Na szczęście są #PixelDroid i #Pixelix.

Ik heb #Pixeldroid geinstalleerd en een account aangemaakt op pixelfed.global(Zweedse server) maar blijkbaar is die niet zo gefedereerd als ik dacht.

Ik kan van daaruit blijkbaar iemand als @harld niet vinden/volgen.

Is dat normaal?

@snaprails I'm not sure, it seems like a design choice, but I could be wrong...hopefully it's addressed in the future.

As i pointed out, in the official app and #pixeldroid the camera function is available in the navigation menu 🤷

@snaprails I think I wasn't quite clear in my OP, but what I'm referring to is the ability to access the camera directly from within the app to take a picture.

And yes, the current position to add photos, as it is now, is not intuitive, moving it to the nav bar will help:)

Now to add the ability to take a pic, like #pixeldroid and the official #pixelfed app (in Nav as well)
