I needed that. "The Shakedown in Clone-Town Job" episode of "Leverage:Redemption" was what I needed to watch today. Such a great cast, and loved seeing so many bicycles.
On page 502 of the hardback version of "Nemesis Games" by James S.A. Corey, the character Amos tells the character Alex that a bicycle is the perfect apocalyptic transportation device.
I liked that.
"The Expanse" television show was so much closer to the books than I would have thought. Really good adaptation. I even understand why they changed the few things they did.

Walton Goggins is an amazing actor.
Such *different* characters in
"The Righteous Gemstones",
"Fallout",
and "The White Lotus" S3
He plays them all so differently I forget it's an actor and not those people.
Same way I feel about Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep and Chis Cooper.
Same day my wife made a favorite Thai dish I start watching S3E1 of HBO's "The White Lotus" which I see from the opening that it's set -- in Thailand.

Used to hardly ever curse, only when I was really angry.

That's important historically.

That reminded me if how the "Tonight Show" when Johnny Carson was the host could make a comedians career.

For me, the animation bit was great, the Bea Arthur bit I appreciate so much more now that I've seen a lot of musicals.
It looked like everyone was doing the best of their abilities at the time of the material they had.
This was basically a bad variety show. There were plenty of them in the 1970s. There's a reason you don't really see blu-rays for them.
