All I know is that during that period where PeePee was Leader of the Cons but not in the House (before he bought himself an election in a safe seat in a riding he knew nothing about and hasn’t visited since), there was a certain civility in Parliament, things were getting done and Con MPs weren’t looking for the escape hatch.
