after over one week using #Polar Vantage V3 I'm more than impressed, this watch actually captures whether I sit, walk, sleep, sit relaxed, move quite accurately
is very light to wear and has a nice battery life time

Warrington 10k is looming on the horizon so thought I’d better see what shape I’m in for the race. Today I took myself out of my comfort zone to run 6 x 1500m repeats which started at 5k pace but ended up more 10k and slower so some work needed there. Saturday and the dreaded intervals day 🥵🥹 Polar Flow plan said 3x5 minutes and 2 minutes recovery with 13 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down. Been a long time since I ran more than 2 sets so the last one took it out of me and pace slightly dropped for that one. Spring is in the air and a spring in my step. More zone 2 running as part of #chesterhalfmarathon in May. Treadmill day today and 55 minutes done. Ambos relojes cogen la señal muy rápidamente y no hay desconexiones, aunque probablemente esto dependa mucho del sitio donde estemos entrenando (entre edificios la señal GPS se reduce, por ejemplo).
