I tested out PopOS Cosmic. It was not the worst. Nvidia drivers behaved. But Flatpak and Chrome Apps were buggy. Looks like I'm geaded back to Budgie. I did manage to get the drivers to behave but I never tested Chrome Apps. So I may be jumping from that too, TBD

Compatibility is perfect and performance flawless.

My Lenovo laptop was getting really unstable after about 3 years (Pop!_OS 22.04) so I tried the OS refresh for the first time. It went totally smooth and I only had to reinstall a few apps. All my settings, all my Firefox setup came through intact. I remain happy with #system76 and #popOS #linux #FTW
My computer made me mad last night so I rage wiped it and am trying #PopOS with their #CosmicDesktop
The user-friendly version of a tiling workspace is interesting. I'm only a few minutes into using it, but it seems like a much better intro to tiling for folks than just dumping them in Sway.

For anyone who might care: Pop!_OS is a nice Linux distro for people with poor eyesight, in particular better than Linux Mint IMHO.

#system76, la compagnie derrière #popOs, basée sur #ubuntu pour les ordinateurs qu'ils vendent , offre des autocollants gratuits au coût d'une lettre pré-adressée. Fait intéressant: vous pouvez trouver le contact au Canada sur leur site donc ça ne sera pas un envoi international.
Pop_os va par ailleurs être bientôt sur #cosmic , un environnement de bureau codé en #rust . Et le Distro est disponible pour tous.

Como estava utilizando um laptop, não era possível ter dois SSDs conectados ao mesmo tempo. Mas, ao usar um desktop, isso se tornou viável. Conectei o SSD de 480 GB com o Pop!_OS que estava no laptop, e o sistema reconheceu perfeitamente a placa de Wi-Fi da marca Fenvi, modelo FV-AXE3000, com chipset Intel AX210. Agora, o SSD de 256 GB está com o Fedora, e o SSD de 480 GB, com o Pop!_OS.
