New theory of writing practice 🙄

I see a novel as 3-4 parts, 48-60 chs, & assign each chapter ballpark headings as I develop the story. For each chapter, I write 6-7 pages (~ 2000 words) assigning each page a topic or one of the characters

I'm told I write too much dialogue (!) and my new theoretical approach is designed to tackle this by giving each page 1 of 3 styles in strict rotation:
direction of travel
stasis
reflection

Je crois que je vais faire une petite pause internet le temps que ça soit réparé... je suis plutôt pessimiste car il y a au moins trois poteaux par terre (suite à un petit orage vers 22h30 hier) et depuis ce matin personne n'a ne serait ce que constaté les dégâts, sécurisé la route, passé un coup de balai pour enlever les bouts de verre... rien ! (C'est pourtant une route importante...)

Heureusement ma liseuse a une autonomie décente ! 😊
