Leipzig, Germany-based six-piece Flying Moon In Space is announcing their third album, ‘immer für immer’, due February 27, 2026. The new full-length burrows deeper into their live-improvised blend of krautrock, post-punk, shoegaze, and experimental electronics. They are sharing the lead single ‘we come in peace,’ an anthem dealing with social exclusion. The track uses high-energy motorik rhythms and experimental instincts to transform strangeness into connection, asking listeners to encounter strangers differently.

After countless listens, I want to say: I am grateful for King Buffalo "Dead Star" album 🥹. I might have overlooked it the first time I heard the whole thing, and it just grew on me as I listen to it regularly. A big reminder for me, why did I become such a big fan of King Buffalo, their emphasis on atmosphere, their ability to deliver raw emotions in a controlled setting, their tranquility in approaching rock music when there are some amounts of musical outbursts in its composition. I love it so much. Thank you for this beautiful album.

"Repeater" EP (but this is the CD version) by King Buffalo is a slow-burn, slow-churning psychedelic rock album that knows how to contain a controlled malevolence. It contains three tracks, and it starts off with soft beats hinting at suppressed rage.

After around 6 minutes in (the first track itself is more than 10 minutes), things get louder, as you might hear it wants to explode, and it does so. The first track ends with gapless transition into the second track, which upon hearing the first couple of notes, just straight up slap you with tremendously loud guitar notes that's just so aggressive as the contained rage bursts out.

The third and last track just let out all the chaos the music had tried to contain all along, and the chorus is a chaotic fuzz. The distortion is so heavy in high volume that the weight of the musif itself is ready to crush any trip and journey you have with this EP, until it ends with the whole EP being like 25 minutes or so.
