I've been listening to a bit of Public Enemy again lately, and am going with the deluxe edition of Fear Of A Black Planet. That sorts out my background music for a couple of hours!

I somehow spent my life mostly ignorant of the music of #Anthrax . I loved "Poison My Eyes" from the soundtrack for Last Action Hero, and their collab version of #PublicEnemy 's "Bring the Noize", but I'd never looked further.

I was wrong. It was a mistake and I'm correcting it now. Good lord, I've got Joey Belladonna and Scott Ian on the brain.

Having a blast from the past and am playing Public Enemy's debut album 'Yo! Bum Rush The Show'. The band themselves admit it was sounding a bit dated when it was released, but it was the first hip-hop album I bought so it'll always be a little special for me. Still got that tape, too...
