In the 1960s he helped rewrite the rules of composition, using analogue tape machines to experiment with rhythm, repetition and syncopation. "Creep" is the debut #single by the English rock band #Radiohead, released on 21 September 1992 by #EMI. It was included on Radiohead's debut album, #PabloHoney (1993). It features "blasts" of guitar noise and lyrics describing an obsessive unrequited attraction. Radiohead had not planned to release "Creep", and recorded it at the suggestion of the producers, #SeanSlade and #PaulQKolderie, while they were working on other songs.

The song was produced by #DrLuke and #MaxMartin, both of whom also co-wrote the song with Perry. The song is a mid-tempo pop ballad about a lost love.
