Getrocknete #Steinpilze einweichen, mit #Champignons anbraten, #Knoblauch SalzPfeffer #Orangenabrieb zugeben. Mit #Pilzwasser + #Portwein ablöschen, ganz einkochen. Dann #Sahne zugeben.
#Zwiebel #Knoblauch anbraten, #Babyspinat zugeben, zusammenfallen lassen. #CremeFraiche o.ä. unterrühren. Mit SalzPfeffer #Limettensaft #Limettenabrieb #Muskat würzen.

Heute mache ich mal was handwerklich etwas anspruchsvolleres. Die Culurgiones sind eine Mischung aus #Ravioli und #Gnocchi (mit einer Kartoffelmasse gefüllte Teigtaschen in besonderer Form) und sind wohl eine Spezialität auf #Sardinien.
Dazu gibt es eine schlichte, aber sehr gute Tomatensauce.
