The photo shows an attractive, modern room, decorated in calm, neutral colors, which has 2 walls with large uncovered windows on them. There are two very long sectional-type sofas on the right wall, and 2 stone-topped tables along with a large rug in front of them. It looks like a swanky hotel lobby, if the room wasn't quite so narrow.

It's only after looking for a few seconds that you notice the free-standing bathtub in front of the window on the left, and (perhaps) a glass-sided shower tucked into the upper left corner of the room.

I'm at a loss to explain this room.

These stones come in sheets but I always pull them off and set them individually by hand, it takes longer but it avoids sheet lines and ends up looking way better overall.

An open floor joist bay during a home remodel. Electrical wires run perpendicular to the joist through holes that are extremely close to where the subfloor plywood gets nailed on top.

More progress on the #garagegym #remodel. We had some additional electrical run to meet city ordinances, and they got the attic floor decking installed, got the old garage doors removed, and got the new attic entry installed! 🥳 Hoping tomorrow they get through the final electrical bits and get to start the replacing and installing the insulation. The stuff that’s there is gross 🤢

More progress on the #garagegym #renovation #remodel! Mostly material deliveries (drywall and new attic stairs) and most of the new electrical. It’s nice having shiny new boxes and wire everywhere knowing how much better it’s going to be when complete. I also purchased the new exterior lights that will go along the sides of the garage doors, new accent lights for the gym side of the garage interior, and new Sonos speakers! Tomorrow the old doors hopefully come out, new attic stuff goes in! 🤞🏻

Upstairs bathroom #remodel almost complete! Window trim needs to get painted, and leak in the sink drain needs sealing. A shelf for the custom cabinet below the sink is in progress.

I am about 25% through the process of doing the biggest update to my GitHub profile to date. Today was day 15 (update 16) of my 4 year anniversary update, which will be finalized on 2024, May 25th (exactly 4 years since I joined GitHub) I plan on making 48 more daily updates before I make a finalized release. I am looking for feedback on the profile. It is being updated once per day. Just note that it contains a lot of text, as I am working on creating a giant hub of information.
