First post and it's Me beating Super Metroid on my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro.

I've been doing a lot of research about #RetroGaming #handhelds and #SBCs. There's a ton of very weak quad core #ARM devices that run #games all the way up to #Dreamcast, and #GameCube! RaspberryPi level; things with screens and buttons hardwired to them.

But then there are the #OrangePi boards with #Rockchip #SoC that have 2 more cores! That makes them even faster than the #Unisoc chip in the #retroidPocket4Pro which easily handles #PS2. No screens or buttons though..

Pretty floored that my #retroidPocket4Pro arrived in a week. Can’t wait to find time this week to set it up and play!

Since Suika Game has an official Android version now, I put it on my Retroid Pocket and screen-mapped physical controls to it. Now I can play Suika Game on my Retroid! 🍉

That's my entertainment on the flights to and from Seattle sorted out.
