I still remember me speaking verbose prompting my bf to recommend me to got to a rhetoric course such as toastmasters.
Little did they know that's the epicenter of empty platitudes and verbose blabbering. They want to speak "well" e. g. clear, loud and with intonation. It's irrelevant weather the content being correct or the speaker being condensed.
