Two 450V blue RIFA branded security capacitors.

@ai6yr they're normally pretty uneventful things, often used on small split capacitor motors. They're exactly as good as the moisture resistance of the casing. What causes #RifaMadness is that the resin casing cracks, admits moisture, and that causes the paper to lose its dielectric magic
