Itβs surprising how things change over time when your running fitness has wained. Went out with the intention of a nice relaxed run, not worrying too much on pace and heart rate. Got to 5k, then eased back and finished the workout with 2k cool down walk/jog. Average pace for the 5k was 6:11 min/km at 168 bpm whereas the same pace 7/8 months ago, hr would have been around 150 bpm.
