My big pickup tonight from Julio's Liquors, unlike the others, was a special order that just arrived. This is the new Glenmorangie 25 year old, The Altus.
I was able to try this at the distillery in August as I coincidentally visited on the very day they received it. They were putting it out while I was there and I was the first to try it - and I've been eagerly awaiting it to arrive here in the US. Very happy to finally have it.
I do have one minor complaint - the text on the back of the box in that tiny gold font on the brilliant red box is a real struggle to read. You have to get the light to hit it just right to really make it clear. There's plenty of space, next time bump the font size a bit, my eyes aren't what they used to be. 😁
