The Vancouver sea wall. When I was a kid my grandmother would walk this path at least once a month for fitness. We would take our dog Bandit and later she would square dance in the park. For an old Ukrainian woman, she was tough. She died while I was in boot camp. I miss her often

To the left you can see the shore, no longer illuminated by the sun's rays, and above it in the distance you can see in the sky the footprint of a plane that looks as if it is flying straight down.

Piper has surgery tomorrow, and i'm scared. but today, we walked the seawall, she forgot she's 11 and was a total duffus.

I am convinced that a bucketing rainy day is the best time to go running on the #seawall, in #StanleyPark. Stay away from Brockton Oval area though, it's full of Aquarium goers and their cars.
