Today’s success: popcorn kernels, water, baking soda, and vinegar

Mix baking soda and water, add popcorn kernels (and watch them sink), add vinegar (and watch the kernels float, sink, float, sink, and so on)

She’s been mixing, scooping, and observing for almost 30 minutes!
