Assuming that the #shenanigans in #Iran stay confined -- which is a pretty #flimsy #assumption -- I'm guessing that the #USA plan is to hope that "our #assholes" end up at the top of the heap, and not "their assholes."
I'm also guessing USA was nowhere near exhausting all the #diplomatic options before choosing #violence.
I don't know what this gets #USA, other than cozying up to "our assholes" rather than "their assholes," and further distraction from domestic issues.

After some #RTFM I figured out the basic operation of a sewing machine, now wish me luck for machine-sewing my first zipper 😊
The four drives spinning up pull about 1.1 amps of current. Even the USBC port starts to have a voltage sag with that much current.
I think I’ll need a powered USB hub to continue the Floppy RAID adventures!

Sheesh, no wonder I was kernel-panicking my Mac mini. The chain of connection was:
Mac mini
USBC port
USBC/Thunderbolt Cable
Thunderbolt Display
USBA port
USBA hub
4x Floppy Drives
It was causing my Mac mini to hard reset, as in the display would turn pink and the system would shutdown.

Holy wow thank you all for giving me the time of day to read the silly words I type up on this small slice of the internet. I never expect to garner a huge following or become even remotely "successful" as a content creator, so every milestone is worth celebrating!

The addition of more drives definitely has a linear-ish scaling in bandwidth. With three disks, the software RAID of floppy disks is up to a whopping 1.09kBps!
The command I used looks like:
diskutil appleraid create stripe FLOPPYRAID ‘MS-DOS FAT12’ disk8 disk5 disk4
The command to list all known software RAIDs is:
diskutil appleraid list

Apple’s graphical Disk Utility app is becoming increasingly useless to me. They are probably isolating the functions to make it easier for the common user to fix issues on their systems without accidentally breaking something.
I figured out the terminal command needed to create a software RAID from two or more floppy disks. The issue I was having was due to the filesystem name. The manpages are somewhat unclear on how to specify it.
