Et oui, ya pas mal d'années, j'ai fait du reverse engineering sur le schema de BDD de #Cacti, pour en apprendre suffisamment pour injecter les RRDs générés par #PNP4Nagios dedans. En #Bash. Je sais pas si ce que je faisais était conforme aux specs, mais ça marchait très bien !

En réalité, on n'utilisait pas #Nagios mais #Shinken pour la supervision, mais de toute façon c'est compatible.

After years of using #Icinga as monitoring system (and still using, before that I used #Shinken, #Nagios, #OMD, etc) I like to replace it. Have heard a lot positive things about #Prometheus in combination with #Grafana for visualization, first steps are done!

Lots of hosts and services are still missing and still have to set up the Alertmanager but I am happy with my first results.

@sebsauvage ça me rappelle des souvenirs, je faisais ça dans les premières versions de #Shinken avec #Livestatus il y a 10 ans.

@nschont @bzg quoiqu'il en soit le #SILL c'est bien , mais ça doit pas être un référentiel de ce qui est déjà utilisé mais un référentiel de ce qu'il est conseillé d'utiliser et dans ce cadre #shinken n'y a plus sa place.
