Got home from a long day at work feeling absolutely drained of energy as per usual, spent most of my evening just getting back to a baseline of feeling ok again, and by that point it was bedtime so I decided to read a short story to wind down.
By pure happenstance the story I picked to read was "Tomorrow's Beautiful Dream" by Ju Chu, which... well, just read it. It's a compelling dystopia that hits a little bit too close to home for my current mindset 😅
