@simonbs I’ve been using https://ntfy.sh/ for that. Via web in desktop (Windows) and via app in #iOS/iPadOS. Trivial to use with #ShortcutsApp.

@bekz, not natively, but the #aShell mini app has excellent #ShortcutsApp support and includes the #ffmpeg tool, which can do that and much more.

Exciting hidden #ShortcutsApp actions are being found* this weekend!

For example, this #shortcut obtains the identifier of an action that you copy to the clipboard, which then can be used to detect if its app is installed in the device:

@hacksilon Hi. I’m curious: did you try using a “Repeat with each” action with your #shortcut input?

Also, just in case it’s related, “Calculate” uses the system decimal delimiter (comma in Spain and Germany) but “Calculate expression” only works with a decimal point.

And yeah, it’s frustrating to see the potential of the #ShortcutsApp ruined by so… many… bugs. 😥

There are noticeable differences between the symbols (glyphs) available in the #ShortcutsApp depending on whether you’re using #iOS or #macOS😬

@gedeonm Try the #ShortcutsApp. At some window widths (like 50% of an iPad Pro 12.9”!) the editor hides the fracking button to run the #shortcut 🤬

Sigh… the new style #iOS26 Shortcuts “choice menu” interface is enormous and yelling at me. I normally have my system text size set to 90%, yet my #ShortcutsApp “choose something” menus don't seem to pay attention to the system text size at all and are absolutely unnecessarily gigantic, now requiring scroll on some of them. #HopingThisIsABugThatWillBeFixed
