Yess! #Bibdesk the unsung hero for us with #Macs! Pair up with #Bibdesk with #Skim, 🙂 and pulling in annotations from PDFs cannot get more intuitive! Plus I find it extraordinary how much punch they pack in such small footprints of software size!

I still use #Bibdesk 1 and #Skim 2 everyday.

You can never have enough bibliography and reference management software if you ask me, 🙂

#skim is an interactive fuzzy finder.

skim is a command execution and fuzzy finder interface. skim can both accept text input as well as command strings. If using a command the user enters an argument for it, then a fuzzy search can be performed on the inputs/results. If a result is selected, skim will print it to stdout. skim has syntax for specific matching rules and can use regex.

I have to commend the #RUST programming language for everything they're doing, I think that they're really making waves and pushing us forward, more so than #GO, #RUBY, #PYTHON, and #JAVASCRIPT. There's constantly new stuff being written in this programming language. I even found another command line fuzzy search program today by the name of #SKIM. ... is a nice way to put it :) I've been gradually introducing my wife to a range of #FreeCode apps over the years. She's already on Firefox and she only uses webmail, so Thunderbird isn't needed (yet). She has used LibreOffice although she complains about the UI. Not being able to install MS Office easily is one reason she hesitates to make the leap. She likes #Transmission ;) I've also replaced other proprietary apps like #Adobe Reader spyware > #Skim.
