A spontaneous hike on the Rax I got invited to yesterday. Had to slide on my butt a bit cause the snow went really deep. The wind was really strong too sometimes so I had to hold my cap so it wouldn't be flown away. XD
But it was fun, despite the slight burns on my legs from the ice.

Someone at work told me they heard a song from "The Specials" that reminded them of their early college years.

My early college memories of ska are "The Toasters" from the mid-90's. They visited my college campus for a concert. I volunteered on the student programming board so I got to meet the band. When they got off the bus, the first question was about where they could play a quick game of pick-up basketball. So, I ended up playing basketball with The Toasters.

Just turned on their album "Hard Band for Dead" and it brought me right back to that time.
