Was in bed all day feeling under the weather. Finally got up and looked outside and saw some golden hour happening so I went for a walk. And it was really nice. The air is crisp and fresh but not too cold. And the scenery isn't bad, either.

Getting steps when the weather is bad in a small, dark, isolated coastal town can be hard. Managed to get 1K steps around the house today while stormed in. When things eased up, went to Safeway and got 2K more while buying crackers. Then to the local casino to get to my 5K daily goal, and then more to my 6K "what the hell" goal. I call the $5 I lost on slots my "gym menbership."
