There are many access points into a song. The “doors” are always open, but you’ll have to walk through only one, which will lead to other rooms with many doors, again choosing one door. 2) How many of us have read all the popular #songwriting books / watched how-to videos on creating a song with "Top 40" potential? You know, "Write Hits Like [insert pop darling here]"

3) GIVEN THAT AI music generation is taking that "hitmaker" formula to its literally mathematical and soulless extreme, how many of us are saying "fuck it" to the "rules" of #songwriting we've been taught all this time? How many of us think that the only way to stand out going forward is to be completely ugly and feral and chaotic? How many of us (esp. female identifying) are tired of trying to be polished and slick in order to be taken seriously?
