the Kenyan government, under William Ruto, continues its long held policy of using the law against(as it was always designed to) citizens

the state is using the Terrorism Act to falsely accuse protestors and activists like Boniface Mwangi of acts of terrorism

the 'law' has never and will never be for the people

The image shows a man, Boniface Mwangi, standing indoors, holding a flag. The flag is the national flag of Kenya, featuring black, red, green, and white colors with a red shield and a black and white pattern in the center. The man is wearing a white hoodie with the text "#TEAMCOURAGE" printed on it. He is positioned in a corridor with a plain wall and a door visible in the background. The lighting in the image is natural, coming from the left side, casting a soft shadow on the wall behind him.

yeah right, the so called 'separation of powers'.

of-course the Kenyan Judiciary sides with and continues to be complicit in the oppression by the Kenyan government, under William Ruto, time and time again.

all these systems need to fucking go

the logo for the Kenyan Judiciary, it encompasses the scales of justice in the center with word 'Judiciary' in the middle, two wheat stalks are on either side and the circular rings around the center and at the bottom on a banner reads, "Republic Of Kenya"
