Construction of a flyover is underway in front of the Kabul Provincial Administration building!
The Department of Works, Maintenance, and Monitoring of the Kabul Municipality is systematically carrying out construction work on a flyover in front of the Kabul Provincial Administration building, which includes excavation and soil removal.
The bridge is designed to be 235 meters long, 18 meters wide, and 6.8 meters high, and according to the technical plan, it will be built using five sturdy pillars (foundations).
The bridge’s circular ramp, with a radius of 33 meters and a length of 155 meters, has been designed in accordance with international engineering standards.
The bridge is designed with four lanes (two for outgoing traffic and two for incoming traffic) and has loop-like ramps, which will play a significant role in facilitating the movement of vehicles.
This major and strategic project will effectively address traffic congestion in the central areas of Kabul city and solve the problems facing the city's residents. It will also prevent lane interference and improve traffic flow for residents of Shahranu, Deh Afghanan, and surrounding areas.
The project will not only reduce traffic bottlenecks in the city's central areas, particularly at the Deh Afghanan and Culture intersection, but also will provide a direct connection between Shahranu and the Asmayi Wat arterial road in the future.
Furthermore, after its launch, it will enhance the city’s beauty, promote economic activity, and create an environment for sustainable development in Kabul city.
The important project will be completed within approximately 15 months.

دغه راز د یاد پله حلقوي رمپ د ۳۳ مترو په شعاع او ۱۵۵ مترو په اوږدوالي سره، د نړیوالو انجنیري معیارونو مطابق ډیزاین شوی دی.
یاد پل په څلورو لینونو کې (دوه د تګ او دوه د راتګ) طرحه شوی او د لوپ په بڼه رمپونه لري، چې د وسایطو د تګ راتګ په برخه کې به مهم رول ولوبوي.
دا ستره او ستراتیژیکه پروژه به له یوې خوا د کابل ښار په مرکزي برخو کې د ترافیکي ګڼهګوڼې د کمښت او د ښاریانو د تګراتګ پر وړاندې د شته ستونزو د حل په برخه کې اغېزمنه تمامه شي او بله خوا به د لینونو د تداخل په مخنیوي او د شهرنو، ده افغانانو او ور څېرمه سیمو د ترافیکي بهیر په ښه والي کې مهم رول ولوبوي.
دغه پروژه به نه یوازې د ښار په مرکزي سیمو، په ځانګړې توګه د فرهنگ څلور لارې او زېرزمينۍ په سیمه کې د ترافیکي ستونزو د کمښت لامل شي، بلکې په راتلونکي کې به د یوې باور وړ لارې په توګه، شهرنو له آسمایيواټ سره و نښلوي.
همداراز، له ګټې اخیستنې وروسته به د ښار ښکلا زیاته، په کابل ښار کې به اقتصادي فعالیتونو او دوامداره پرمختګ ته زمینه هم برابره شي.
پاتې دې نه وي چې، دغه مهمه پروژې به د نږدې ۱۵ میاشتو په موده کې په بنسټیزه توګه بشپړه شي.

کار اعمار پل هوایی موتررو در مقابل مقام ولایت کابل از سوی ریاست کار، حفظ و مراقبت شاروالی کابل بهگونهٔ منظم جریان داشته و در حال حاضر شامل کندنکاری، خاکبرداری و آمادهسازی ساحه برای ساختمان پل میباشد.
این پل بهطول ۲۳۵ متر، عرض ۱۸ متر و ارتفاع ۶٫۸ متر طراحی شده و بر اساس پلان تخنیکی، توسط پنج پایهٔ استحکامی ساخته میشود.
همچنان رمپ دایروی این پل با شعاع ۳۳ متر و طول ۱۵۵ متر، با درنظرداشت معیارهای بینالمللی انجنیری طرح شده است.
قابل ذکر است که کارهای ساختمانی این پروژه قرار است طی مدت کمتر از ۱۵ ماه بهگونهٔ اساسی تکمیل گردد.
پل مذکور در چهار لین (دو لین رفت و دو لین برگشت) طراحی شده و دارای رمپهای لوپمانند میباشد که نقش مؤثری در تسهیل حرکت وسایط نقلیه خواهد داشت.
این پروژهٔ بزرگ و استراتیژیک، نقش مهمی در کاهش ازدحام ترافیکی در بخشهای مرکزی شهر کابل و حل مشکلات رفتوآمد شهروندان ایفا میکند که با تطبیق آن، فصل تازهای در بهبود مدیریت ترافیک و ارتقای زیربناهای شهری گشوده خواهد شد.
با توجه بهاینکه سالنگوات یکی از مسیرهای بسیار مزدحم و پرترافیک در مرکز تجارتی شهر کابل بهشمار میرود، ایجاد این پل و تقاطع غیرهمسطح آن میتواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش ازدحام، جلوگیری از تداخل لینها و بهبود جریان ترافیک در مسیرهای شهرنو، دهافغانان و ساحات همجوار داشته باشد.
این پروژه نهتنها باعث کاهش گرههای ترافیکی در نقاط مرکزی شهر، بهویژه در ساحهٔ تقاطع دهافغانان و چهار راهی فرهنگ شود، بلکه در آینده بهعنوان یک مسیر قابل اعتماد، اتصال مستقیم شهرنو با شریان آسماییوات را نیز فراهم خواهد ساخت.
همچنان پس از بهرهبرداری، موجب افزایش زیبایی شهری، رونق اقتصادی و تحقق توسعهٔ پایدار در شهر کابل خواهد شد.
