Soma's low-trail fork was in stock, after I'd been asking about it from a couple shops for over a year. I ordered it and had it put on. I also had the 170mm Middleburn cranks put on. (The bike originally had 175mm Middleburn cranks, but I've been moving to 170mm for most of my bikes, and only ordered them because Middleburn temporarily went out of business).
