Gotta think my bottle cap isn’t a good sign, but the flavor profile seems to match the paperwork. Super complex mix of 7 source beers, so many flavors to parse out. Probably even better fully sealed 😀

Lots of raspberry at first with a tart/bitter note. Body is light chocolate but the coffee is overwhelmed by the jamminess. Tart finish really lasts.

Less of a tart punch in the face than #vennBrewing Oppulescence Sexxxy Delicious if you’ve had that one.

Very flattened out but the coconut shows up and the bitter edge is gone. Still no vanilla to my taste. Medium body chocolate close with enhanced barrel notes.

I love a lot of Pastry #stout so it’s a second shot at #PortageBrewing Into the Night.

Too medium-bodied to rate a “pastry” label in my book, it’s roasty chocolate, a hint of vanilla, and a slight bitter finish. Just doesn’t have the oomph I’m used to.

Big and boozy, bourbon snap and super well-balanced coffee notes in a 14.8% package. Hold my table, it’ll be a while!

Pretty sure it’s the most expensive #stout I’ve purchased from a $ per ounce perspective. It’s really good, but I know I’ve had better for less money.
