Being in a place where #grocery stores are so close (2-4 blocks) that it makes little sense to use a #bicycle (which I do not have here, anyway) reminds me there is an inexplicable dearth of good solutions on the market for well-designed, sturdy, lightweight #pedestrian #shopping trolleys or utility carts with large pneumatic wheels, like a jogging #stroller. They should offer rain protection and insulation for refrigerated/frozen foods. Adult seating for resting and locking brakes would help.

I cannot successfully navigate the alley's sidewalk breach with a #rollator.

I suspect the same holds for most folks using wheelchairs (excepting perhaps someone athletic enough to both tip sideways on one wheel and also go down/up and irregular slope on the remaining wheel???).

One could likely get through with a tiny umbrella #stroller, but those aren't #AssistiveDevices nor would they be able to be used as one.
