I shared, a few days back, an (old) article from BBC co uk about #stumbleupon which (rightly, I think) observed that the Internet that was, and that StumbleUpon so wonderfully danced around, is no longer. And thus, StumbleUpon could no longer be what it once was. But…

good though it is, what this article doesn’t surface (to my eyes) is the uncanny ability that SU had to *connect* people. I made lasting friendships through #StumbleUpon, relationships which remain to this day. Huzzah!
