Now that the weather has cooled off and I can use the oven again without melting the entire apartment I decided to do some banking from scratch. The last few things I made were just from a box mix. All very good, but I love a good homemade cookie more.
Today I made funfetti cookies! I already ate my cookies and they were very good! Nice and soft and a little crispy around the edges. 10 out of 10. Definitely making them again.

I made cookies I saw on TikTok. Are they viral? No idea, but I've seen them twice while scrolling and I took that as my sign to make them. It's basically two kinds of sugar cookies stacked on top of each other using Pillsbury premade dough. They're so easy! I added sprinkles to make them more festive. I'm glad I made them. They taste great!
