Went for another walk, found some more birds.

Grey Butcherbird, male and female Superb Fairywrens and a Spotted Dove.

🌏 Superb fairywren (Malurus cyaneus)

The Superb fairywren is a small bird species endemic to Australia. The males (pictured) exhibit vibrant plumage during the breeding season, characterized by their brilliant blue feathers on the head, upper body, and tail. Their wings and lower body are mostly brown. In contrast, the females have predominantly brown plumage with a patch of blue around the tail base. I went out looking for Glossy Black Cockatoos this morning (for the Great Glossy Count).
I didn't find any, but I did find two trees they use as feed trees.

However, I found a lot of other birds, including this collection of fairy wrens. (Superb - blue, and the rest are Red-backed).
