This is my cover of One Room Disco by Perfume (composer, Yasutaka Nakata). I'm using the OPNPlug vst which emulates the Yamaha OPL3 chip in the Soundblaster 16 soundcards. Using #SynthesizerV #Gumi, #KoharuRikka, and #TsurumakiMaki for the vocals.

I originally did this in Vocaloid 5 back in 2019. I never put it out publicly, so I wanted to redo the vocals using #SynthesizerV #HXVOC and also used Liam, Kasane Teto, and Solaria for harmony. I kept the original Vocaloid 5 vocal chop parts (with Vocaloid Chris). They would have been a pain in the ass to try to replicate in #SynthV

I wrote "My Cat Hates My Guts" a while back using Vocaloid Megpoid English and Avanna. Since #Gumi is now a #SynthesizerV voicebank, I wanted to redo it, but also do it in Japanese. I don't know Japanese, so I used ChatGPT to do the translation, asking it to keep the syllable count close to the original as much as possible. #KasaneTeto sings harmony.
I was playing around with #SynthesizerV with #SOLARIA and her soft and airy modes, seeing if I could get her to do that "whisper singing" kind of thing.
