Das nennt sich #Nudging – und es ist kein Zufall, sondern Teil des Designs. Wer das einmal durchschaut hat, sieht solche Systeme nicht mehr als Werkzeug, sondern als kontrollierte Umgebung im Interesse des Anbieters.
