There was also a book van(? possibly wagon) that ran up St Albert Trail to serve the town. The librarian lived in a house/farm along the east side of the trail. No idea if there was any affiliation w #yeg at the time.

Apologies for being a bit loose w details -- I read up on it years ago at musée héritage museum.
