Final Whitby one. Years before this specific holiday, we visited Whitby as part of another one. The 3DS was still popular at this point. I was really into Streetpass, so I carried it around trying to get as many people as possible, to which I did. I do miss things like that, it was like making new friends but not needing to say anything.

Times change.

I like being near the sea. I remember when I was younger when we would go on holiday on the continent frequently, so we would have to travel to Hull to catch a P&O ferry that would take us across to Rotterdam. I loved being on these due to the arcades and the shows. It was an adventure.

Fast forward to my first holiday after lockdown, I was desperate to see the sea again, Whitby delivered.
