My experience at the Bridge Theatre yesterday in terms of accessibility was delightful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First, my ticket was only £25 and D went free as my carer.

They emailed a few days before our visit to ask if I wanted to change seats as (in the well thought out accessibility questionnaire they sent after I’d booked) I’d indicated I’d like to be near an exit and the aisle I’d chosen wasn’t directly accessible to the foyer.
They changed our seats and sent out new tickets within an hour.

The staff at the venue were amazing and so friendly. We had a personal escort to our seats who was basically on hand throughout.
They came to check if there was anything we needed TWICE. I was treated like royalty.

Midsummer Nights Dream was stunning.

Genuinely brilliant experience.
