Another board game night, and tonight it’s the classic Ticket to Ride Europe!

We’ve had this one for years and it’s one of my favourites, so I’m super happy Mr 10yo is finally interested ❤️

The point of this game is to build train lines connecting cities, and each player has secret routes they are trying to connect for bonus points.

Got to be honest, I am not entirely sold on the new version of Ticket to Ride

The soundtrack isn’t anywhere near as good and the controls on Steam Deck are pretty dreadful, perhaps it will grow on me

July #BoardGame plays were a little out of the ordinary. We had our beach vacation with the extended family so we played a lot of #CodeNames #Disney and #TicketToRide with them. I also had #FinalGirl set up on a side table in my office and just played a few turns through out the days as I could. And of course, #TheAnarchy was heavily played, being my newest purchase.

I used to smoke and I remember when people smoked everywhere. There were smoking sections everywhere, ashtrays everywhere.

I like the style of this. The style fits the scene imho. The dark level fits and the level of attention given the rendering. I like that Death is employed and carrying out an expected function, like, this is the part of the ride where you die. 😆
