Yup, turns out that when you use actual film instead of the weird unbranded ebay stuff, and an actual camera instead of a plastic box with a plastic lens, you suddenly get clear photos with contrast. 📸

What a wonderful group of people we have here. This started off as my “side” account and is now where I spend most of my time on Mastodon. Thanks to all of you.

Today is my last #FolderWeek post - what a wonderful week it’s been. I’m very process-oriented, so fiddling with a new camera and developing film brings me as much, if not more, joy as seeing the photos themselves.

These are from my small town’s downtown area. Our downtown park has an old railroad caboose in it, behind an events stage for various town events.

I’ve shot 6 rolls in anticipation of #FolderWeek! This upcoming week at work is going to be super busy, and the weather won’t be great anyway…so I made the most of today. 5 rolls of #TMAX400 and a roll of #TriX400. I hope I have time to develop before bed tonight, then I’ll be scanning off and on.
