It doesn't matter what's going on under the waist, or what you identify as, or what you were assigned at birth--it 100% depends ENTIRELY on whether you "look male" or "look female," full stop. I really don't know why the majority of Americans (and westerners in general) just unthinkingly accept this blatant example of #sexism and #misogyny that have plagued the US since the 1930s, and every year only seems to get MORE restrictive against "people who look female," not less.
