If I lived on that street, I would set up a tyre garage, alloy wheel refurb place and bodyshop nearby 😁

Presumably this is deliberate, to discourage SUVs and other larger vehicles from that lane whilst letting through smaller ones - I think it needs more signs on approach (like a similar #TrafficCalming scheme in Britain would use), but surely its obvious to those in larger #cars that their vehicle may not easily fit through that gap, and they should take the lane to the left?

I live in fear that there will be a terrible/fatal accident in our neighbourhood due to permissive crossings, ever expanding #SUVs and no lollipop people.
