Made with a special #pasta called “#trecce”, meaning “braids”, they’re shaped like braided bread. In this case, they’re mixed with brown #lentils, soffritto (minced onion, carrot and celery), tomato sauce, a bit of white wine, Tuscsn herbs, chili flakes, and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
I really like this variety of pasta. It’s very al dente, absorbs the saucy content, and it’s got an amusing shape, and thickness.
