"There has been transit between downtown Minneapolis and Anoka through Fridley and Coon Rapids since 1915. The electric trolleys of the Minneapolis Anoka & Cuyuna Range Railroad provided the link until 1939, when buses replaced them. The Anoka-Minneapolis Bus Company was succeeded in the 1960s by Dickenson Lines, which was incorporated into the Metro Transit system in 1972. The arrival of the Northstar Line added a fast service to the corridor, but the buses never went away…

As Ukrainian women, many of us carry family stories shaped by the Holodomor, so helping others facing food insecurity feels especially meaningful to us, and with the anniversary approaching, we’d like to honor that history by doing something practical.

I went to Twin Cities Con yesterday, and I'm heading back today so my wife can get Brendan Fraser's autograph. It's a pretty good experience. It's not nearly as big as GenCon, but that works in its favor because I don't feel like I'm barely shuffling through crowds. I hope it's good for the vendors and exhibitors, too.

That time of year again for the biggest event.
Twin Cities Con is here. It starts today. I’ll be there selling my books, like I am every single year since its creation. I was there at its birth. I’m a godfather. It is my responsibility to make sure it doesn’t flounder into nothingness.
Honestly though, I have nothing to do with it’s completion and running, but it’s nice to see a con I’ve supported take off the way it has and create such a large scale celebration.
Twin Cities Con is huge and amazing, hit it here to learn more about it.
I’ll be there selling my books, including my newest book from the Greenland Diaries.
I’ll be there Friday from 3:30 to close. Along with Saturday open to close. I’m not sure about Sunday yet. Don’t know where I’ll be with time, sanity, and book sales.
I’m also running a panel Friday night at 9:45 that goes until 10:30 in Room 204 (A & B) called Monsters, Monsters, Everywhere. I’ll talk about monsters. It is what I do.
Anyways, I hope to see you there. Twin Cities Con is amazing. A ton of things to do. Amazing artists and creators to interact with.
Also, I’ll be cosplaying as Inosuke from Demonslayer on Saturday.
