I love chocolate and I love marshmallow – especially as an ingredient. These scratch both itches.
I tried to swirl the marshmallow thru. Didn’t work as planned. The marshmallow essentially disappears into the chocolate. BUT…you can taste it, sort of a mixture of marshmallow & caramel. Yum!

This one’s different. We had baby cheesecakes in the freezer and the local farmer’s market has incredible strawberries.
