We should stop vilifying screen time.
It’s not about screen “time”, it’s what’s on the screen. It’s also about balance.

It’s absolutely OK for young kids to enjoy some age appropriate shows, avoiding the dopamine-mining hellscapes like Cocomelon. In fact it can be quite beneficial for youngling and parent.

So long as screen time isn’t being used as a baby-sitter and is part of a varied mix of enriching activities then it’s all good!
