Students putting together a capstone project (done for the Neighborhood Institute) pointing out the issues with a 4000+ space parking structure at Plymouth and Green as part of the #Umich plans for high capacity (ATS) transit between North Campus and Central Campus.
One alternative presented would build a slightly smaller structure on the existing AAATA park-and-ride lot at Plymouth and US-23.
(Less feasible: build the structure over US-23.)
