I spend too much time doing a job I don't like and pretending that it's fine that I don't get paid anything when the industry standard for someone at my skill level are getting paid $50/hr at minimum. by industry standard I should be making $400-500 a day. I get paid nothing. I work 6 days a week, 52 weeks every year, am always on call, and do extra stuff that technically isn't even part of the "job". can I even call it a job if I'm not getting paid?

Almost a #blessing I became too #disabled to #work. A year later my mind is starting to work again.
