A #storm system will be hanging around the #Northland the next several days, bringing #cool and #unsettled #weather.
#Showers and a few #thunderstorms pass through Wednesday night with light #winds and lows in the 50s.
#Scattered showers return Thursday afternoon, as #breezy northerly winds keep #temperatures in the 60s and low 70s for highs.

NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR JUNE 15 & 16, 2024:
An #unsettled #weather pattern returns to the #Northland for the weekend thanks to a strong #jet #stream and #stationary #front.
#Shower and #thunderstorm chances return by Saturday afternoon, which will persist through #FathersDay.
#Temperatures remain seasonal with highs in the 70s as the #humidity rises.

I finally got to try Unsettled, a board game I got a while ago. I liked it. It’s a little complex, so we of course got a number of things wrong. But it’s got a neat premise and was fun.
It’s a cooperative game that focuses on science and exploration on an uncharted planet. The base game comes with two planets and each planet comes with three scenarios. There are seven additional planets you can get as expansions.
I look forward to exploring more.

Die #Unsettled Minis sind mir zu groß. Am meisten Spaß machen so Elementare und Golems. Die laden ein zum Farben mischen auf dem Mini.
Alleine im Weltall. Nach einer Notlandung auf einem unbekannten Planeten gibt es viel zu entdecken.
Mal halluzinogene Pilze, die überall Sporen hinterlassen und ganz vielleicht Dinge aus der Dunkelheit anlocken.
Mal einen Wüstenplanet namens Grakkis, um den pausenlos Stürme toben, die ich mal vermeiden und in die ich mal eintauchen will, damit mich ein Blitz trifft.
Zum Glück ist die Raumsonde LUNA dabei.
Jedes Level ist 1 Puzzle, das scheinbar oft 2 Versuche braucht.
Mrs. Ref just asked me what I would do. If I had that power, I’d forfeit the game and spend the rest of the week recouping.
This is more important than playing the game.

Every time our polycule has tried playing Unsettled it has just gotten worse.
The game about space exploration and survival punishes you for exploring and doing anything to waste time.
I still personally feel like you can mess with the endurance tracks to get a better game, but it was so rough, why bother?
